Shipping methods
DHL or UPS is our method of shipping. We reserve the option to choose the carrier that will provide comparable delivery services. They have several options to fit everyone’s needs. UPS does not ship to a Post Office Box. The Holiday months of October, November and December are busy months for us. Please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive for your Holiday festivities.

A handling fee of $4.00 is added to every order at checkout.

Backorders
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 days. If an item is unavailable or backordered, you will be notified by email and we will ship your backorder as soon as it becomes available. Since we bill your complete order at check out, you will not be charged additional shipping at the time the backorder is shipped. If you do not wish to receive your backorders, let us know and we will promptly refund your money.
Return Policy
- Return of merchandise will not be accepted without a return merchandise authorization. Call or email Customer Service at Refinedgiftware for RMA. The manufacturer can not issue an RMA or make an exchange. Please have your packing slip handy when you call. If you email us, please include the packing slip number and item number.
- Return of merchandise that is not defective or damaged is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in original box and in re-saleable condition. Return shipping is paid by customer and is not refundable.
- Claims for defective merchandise must be reported to customer service within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- "Damaged in transit" claims must be reported to the delivering carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX) as they are responsible for the merchandise once it leaves our warehouse. Please keep damaged packing for the carrier’s inspection.
- Shortage claims must be reported to customer service within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
